Dalat – Grant Park Festival

Dalat is a Chinese-Vietnamese restaurant located at Grant Park Festival. I don’t know why they call a collection of shops a festival. However, I digress before I begin. Vi-Ann Restaurant

For all the years I walked by it in Osborne Village, I never once visited Vi-Ann restaurant. I’m not sure why, although Spicy Noodle House has always been my Osborne Village stand-by. Vietnam Restaurant

Vietnam restaurant has since closed and has been replaced by another restaurant. I have yet to have a chance to check it out. That restaurant has since been replaced, by Pho 5 Star.  If you like value in your restaurant experiences. Restaurants in strip malls are usually a good bet.
