Fried Chicken Fest – Weekend One

I’ve written before about LeBurgerWeek. A week dedicated to restaurants offering a new take on the classic burger. Last weekend marks the beginning of Fried Chicken Fest, a similar week with the focus on Fried Chicken. Bella Vista Italian Restaurant Maryland

Bella Vista restaurant is an Italian restaurant located at the corner of Wolseley and Maryland. It’s been around for a long time, but recently has undergone an ownership change. The new owner is Ross Jeffers, formerly owner of 1958 Community Cafe. 1958 Community Cafe was a great little cafe on Westminster Avenue. St Saviours Anglican Fall Supper

It’s November and the Fall Supper Season is starting to wind down. There are still some happening both in and out of Winnipeg, Last night I went to St Saviours Anglican’s Turkey Fall Supper. Pastry Castle – Edmonton Street
