It’s that time of the year again. Time to start thinking and planning ahead for your Winnipeg Fall suppers. The list is back for year number six. This is a tradition I really enjoy doing and I hope that as the years move forward this list continues to grow. I also have done a Manitoba Fall Suppers post.
I’m following the pattern I set last year. Below you will find a link that will take you to a weekly schedule for the different dinners. The exception is the last link which begins on November 5th. My experience is that there aren’t as many dinners in November so it shouldn’t be too crowded if I include them all under one heading. I hope this makes navigating this post easier. Not all the weeks have been filled, but I figured if I made the links now, I wouldn’t forget later.

Again, I appreciate people sending me the information on dinners that occur outside of down, but if you wish for advertising for it, please contact Orest.
The list for 2018 is as always, a work in progress. You can leave information for any Winnipeg 2018 Fall Supper that you’d like to see in the comments below email me at macbubs13 at gmail dot com. One thing I’d like to see in 2018 is whether or not there are any community dinners hosted by members of newcomers to Canada. If you know of any such dinner please let me know.
Again, you will notice that the fall tends to start off with the high end fundraiser dinners, but as time goes on you’ll find more of the affordable dinners on the list.

Farmers’ Feast Manitoba – Thursday, September 5th, 2019
This event is held out at the St. Norbert Farmer’s Market. All information, including the ordering of tickets, can be found online.

This one is a little different, they are calling it: The 3rd Annual Miracle Garden Party in support of Mental Health. However, with food being done by Mandel Hiltzer of Deer + Almond this should be a great event.

Le Cercle Moliere Lobster Gala du Homard – Saturday, September 21st, 2019
This is a fundraiser for Winnipeg’s premier Francophone Theatre Company. Held at the Convention Centre, tickets are $225, with a tax receipt available for $110 of the price.

Boys and Girls Clubs of Winnipeg – 100 Mile Dinner, Sunday, September 22nd, 2019
At this point there seems to be more high end fall supper opportunities available, but this is another one that supports a worthwhile organization. Visit their website for all the details.
